Hello everyone! I'm Idalia Mazon, a passionate cook with 40 years of age and Mexican roots. My love for cooking began in my childhood, watching my mother cook and being captivated by the aromas that filled the house. This love turned into a passion that led me to pursue my culinary dreams.
I graduated as a chef from the University of Gastronomy in Chapingo, Puebla, Mexico, and since then I have accumulated experience in gastronomy and pastry in a variety of both American and Hispanic restaurants. Each experience has enriched my knowledge and fueled my desire to create something unique and original.
That's why I decided to bring Yayas Bakery to life, my own pastry business. Here, in our online bakery, I can share my creations with the world. Each recipe is an expression of my creativity and passion for cooking. From cakes to cookies and everything in between, every bite is filled with love and dedication.
My dream is to turn Yayas Bakery into a destination for dessert lovers, where they can find delights that not only satisfy their palate but also provide them with a memorable experience. Through each decorated cake and every carefully baked cookie, I hope to convey my love for cooking and share a piece of my heart with every customer.
