SAME DAY ORDERS

We do not accept same-day orders. A minimum of 5 days notice is required.

EXPEDITED ORDERS

Orders placed within a 7-day timeframe will incur a non-negotiable rush fee of $35. Please contact me first to confirm availability before placing your order. Occasionally, I may be available within the standard timeframe, so it’s best to check with me beforehand.​

PERSONALIZED CAKE REQUESTS

Please submit custom cake orders using the request form located at the Main Menu of the homepage. Be sure to include the event date, number of servings, a brief description of the desired flavor, and any other important details in the text box. Allow 24–48 hours for a response.

If you’re interested in our Customs Cake,  please submit your request between two weeks and one month in advance. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking if made at least one month ahead. For requests made after the one-month mark, full payment is required upon booking.​

REFUNDS

All payments are **NON-REFUNDABLE** regardless of the amount paid, unless the issue is caused by Yaya’s Bakery LLC. The decision to issue a refund will be at my discretion.

PICKUP

You are required to pick up your order at the agreed-upon time. A 30-minute grace period is allowed. If the order is not picked up on time, it may be delayed or canceled.​

DELIVERY

All deliveries are $20 within a 15-mile radius of McDonough, GA. Deliveries outside this radius will incur an additional charge. Please contact me directly if you need delivery within a 5-day turnaround to confirm my availability. Make sure that you or the recipient is home at the time of delivery. Failure to do so will result in a canceled order or an additional fee for the time.

ALLERGY POLICY

We take allergies seriously and make every effort to accommodate our customers. However, due to the nature of our bakery, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens such as peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, or gluten. All products are prepared in an environment where cross-contamination can occur.

If you have specific allergies, we strongly recommend that you inform us before placing an order, so we can take extra precautions. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that you are aware of the potential risks associated with allergens and understand our limitations in guaranteeing allergen-free items.
